By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.


Privacy policy

CP Dental Training will not use or disclose any personal information obtained from you for anything else than account management purposes and communications with you.
We will always obtain specific opt-in consent from all clients prior to sending direct marketing information to personally identifiable email addresses. If you no longer want to receive such notifications, send us your request at unsubscribe@cpdentaltraining.co.uk with your full name and email address, or follow the unsubscribe links in our emails.
No cookies are currently used when you visit our website.



Accuracy warning

CP Dental Training has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this site, and shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, nor liable for any error or omissions in that information.


Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cara Phillips and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.


Payment policy

Payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the date of the service booked. Acceptable methods of payment are electronic bank transfer or cheque, details of which can be found on client invoice.


Cancellation and Refund policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the date of service booked via post or email for a full refund to be issued. Cancellations received 7-13 days prior to the service booked will incur a 50% charge of the cost of service. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the service booked.


Notification of changes

CP Dental Training reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
 


QUALITY CONTROLS

CP Dental Training is committed to ensuring the quality of all training content through the following methods:

Content is peer reviewed on a regular basis and regularly reviewed for improvements.
Feedback is valued and often integrated to improve the learning experience.
Learning aims, objectives and outcomes are transparent and content is linked to GDC development outcomes. Participants are given documentary evidence of aims, objectives and anticipated learning outcomes for them to keep.
Attendance is confirmed using an attendee sign-in sheet and this is double checked after participants complete feedback forms.
Participants are actively encouraged to ask and answer questions during the training session. All participants are assessed during the session and are encouraged to reflect on learning and how it can improve their role after the session.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

CP Dental Training is committed to providing a professional, efficient, courteous and helpful training service to all customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with our service, we want you to tell us so that we can ensure it does not happen again. You can call us on 07717 077018 in the first instance to try and resolve the issue. You should include:

Your name (and company name if appropriate) and address;
The name and date of the course you attended;
Copies of any relevant correspondence about the complaint;
The name of the person who you wrote or spoke to;
Details about what has gone wrong or has not been handled properly; and
An explanation of how you would like us to resolve your complaint.
 
We will respond in writing to your complaint, within 10 working days of receiving it. If this is not possible, we will, within 5 working days, send you an acknowledgement explaining why we cannot provide you with an immediate response, including details of when you can expect a full reply.
